Share Management network with other out-of-band traffic (iLO, etc.)?

Is it common or 'best practice' to put ESXi management network on the same subnet/VLAN as other out-of-band "management" traffic, such as iLO, Onboard Administraotr, Switch Management, etc? Or should the network be dedicated to ESXi management traffic only?
